Welcome to our home!
 
We treat our flat as a home and have plenty of personal touches to make it a Home from Home for you too.  Close to local amenities, the beach and open countryside, our two-bedroom ground floor self-catering flat accommodates up to 4 guests. We are proud that we have retained our Visit England Four Star rating for over 15 years and strive to meet our guests expectations. Click here for more details about Visit England.

The flat is about 10 minutes’ walk from Swanage's beautiful sandy main beach and the rolling Purbeck Hills.  We have a reserved undercover parking space for one car for your exclusive use.

Access to the front of the property is via 6 steps down from street level. Access to the car parking area is by foot via a sloped pathway to the side of Sandringham Court leading from the High Street.

From the comfortable lounge there are lovely views over the Purbeck Hills and glimpses of the steam railway and sea. On a clear day you can even see the Isle of Wight - use the binoculars provided for a closer view!

For those not so nice weather days or you just want a quiet night in, we have a wide selection of DVDs and some CDs, smart television and free WiFi plus a good selection of books of local interest/history and maps to inspire you to explore the local area and Dorset's beautiful Jurassic Coast.

There is a choice of a double bedroom with glimpses of the steam train and sea from the window or a comfy twin-bedded bedroom.

Our kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All the cupboards are well stocked - we even provide recipe books if you want to try something new and baking equipment if you want to make your own cakes or cookies!

The bathroom has a full sized bath with a dual head shower over the bath.

Although we provide all necessary bed-linen, we do not provide towels or beach towels so please remember to bring these with you as they will not be available within the flat.

In return, all we ask is that this is a strictly non-smoking property and no pets are brought to the flat. We can accommodate a maximum of four guests per let and no more than two children (all over the age of 7 years) per booking.
