Welcome to our home!
 
We treat our flat as a home and have plenty of personal touches to make this a home from home for you. Close to local amenities, this two-bedroom self-catering flat accommodates up to 4 guests. We are delighted that following our recent Visit Britain annual inspection in 2015, we retained our Four Star rating.

The flat is about 10 minutes’ walk from beautiful sandy beaches and the rolling Purbeck Hills. Complete with undercover reserved parking for one car you can choose your mode of transport!

Access to the front of the property is via 6 steps down from street level. Access to the car park is by foot via the sloped pathway at the side of Sandringham Court leading from the High Street.

After a hard day’s walking, you can look forward to a selection of CDs, DVDs, a Smart television, free WiFi and a DAB radio in the lounge and kitchen. We also have a full suite bathroom ready for when you want to just brush off the sand or take a long soak in a relaxing bath.

You have the choice of a very comfortable double bed or a twin bedded room. And of course, you have a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and well stocked cupboards. We even supply recipe books for when you want to try something new.

From the lounge you have stunning views over the Purbeck Hills, glimpses of the Steam Railway and sea. On a clear day you can even see over to the Isle of Wight - use the binoculars provided for a closer view!

In return, all we ask is that this is a strictly non-smoking property and you kindly leave pets and children under 7 at home. We can accommodate a maximum of four people per let and no more than two children per booking.  We provide bed linen but please bring your own bathroom, hand and tea towels.
